Sefo Liufau finds Nelson Spruce to put Colorado up 34-31 at UMass (GIF)
Once a proud program, the Colorado Buffaloes have become arguably the worst power conference team in the country (although the Wake Forest Demon Deacons have quite the argument after their performance against Louisiana Monroe last week).

The Buffaloes moved to the Pac-12 from the Big 12 in hopes of fixing what appears to be a broken program but things may be even worse out west and last week’s loss to the rival Colorado State Rams obviously didn’t help matters.
On Saturday, they traveled across the country to take on the lowly UMass Minutemen, who have been a disaster since moving to the FBS level. The Minutemen, however, built a 31-20 lead that the Buffaloes have since erased. They finally took the lead on a 70-yard touchdown pass from Sefo Liufau to Nelson Spruce.
