After blowing a 20-10 lead and falling to the Miami Dolphins 33-20 last week, the New England Patriots are looking to rebound in Minnesota against the Vikings on Sunday.

More from Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings, who are coming off a blowout win over the St. Louis Rams, are, of course, playing without running back Adrian Peterson.

The Vikings got off to a great start with former Patriots’ quarterback Matt Cassel finding Peterson’s replacement, Matt Asiata on a 25-yard touchdown.

The Patriots struck back with a one-yard touchdown by Stevan Ridley and a 48-yard field goal by Stephen Gostkowski.

Then, after a Darrelle Revis interception (Cassel has also been picked off by Devin McCourty), Tom Brady found Julian Edelman for a nine-yard touchdown to make it 17-7 Patriots.
