The Houston Astros’s second baseman Jose Altuve set an Astros single-season record for hits last night, as his 211st hit broke Craig Biggio’s franchise record. 200 hits is an impressive season for any hitter, but Altuve has given the Astros something to smile about in the middle of another losing season.

To celebrate, the Astros wanted everyone to be able to enjoy all of Altuve’s hits. So they posted a video today, showing all 211 of those hits, and you can watch it in less than five minuets. It’s pretty cool to see a piece of MLB history, one that normally encompasses almost an entire season, in five minuets, plus Altuve is just simply a fun player to watch:

Altuve got the record-breaking single with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning of a loss to the Cleveland Indians. It was his second hit of the game; he had a double earlier in the night. His 211 hits and .343 batting average lead the league, as do his 52 stolen bases. Altuve also has a .379 on base percentage this season. This season has likely been the best of Altuve’s career, and he’s posted a 4.8 fWAR, which is far better than the 1.2 wins above replacement he was worth last season, and is easily the highest of his career. The 24-year old second baseman is in the first year of a four-year extension he signed in July 2013.
