Brandon Marshall expects the Chicago Bears’ offense to break out
The Chicago Bears haven’t been playing up to their potential on the offensive side of the football and there are quite a few fans who are wondering whether or not they can turn things around. Jay Cutler has been inconsistent and has turned the football over too many times, but wide receiver Brandon Marshall isn’t panicking yet. He believes that the Bears are more than capable of living up to the expectations that many had for Chicago’s offense heading into the season.

“We have all the talent in the world. We shouldn’t be sitting at 2-3. So we had a great week of practice, and we’ll be able to put it all together. We’re expected to be a great offense. We just have to do it.”
Needless to say, this comment is something that a leader of a struggling offense would be expected to say. He probably does believe it, but the Bears have a long way to go before living up to that type of potential. Chicago doesn’t have much time to figure things out and turn things around, and it all starts with the offense getting together and improving their consistency.
There have been plenty of flashes throughout the season where the Bears have looked like the high-powered offense that many expected to see. When those times do happen, the Bears look like a very difficult team to beat. Unfortunately, they also have moments where they turn the football over deep in their own territory or the offense completely disappears.
All of that being said, there are plenty of concerns surrounding the Bears at this point in the season. It will be very interesting to see if the Bears can figure things out and turn their season around like Marshall is predicting or if they stay in the rut that they are currently in. Chicago has to turn things around as soon as possible, especially with the Green Bay Packers beginning to pick up speed.
