Lindsay Lohan continues to go after GTA V
Grand Theft Auto V, or maybe better known by its moniker GTA V, has been one of the most successful video games in history. With success and fame, comes those looking for a piece of the pie. Enter Lindsay Lohan, the irrelevant actress who hasn’t appeared in anything noteworthy since her childhood days of the Parent Trap.

Earlier this summer, Lohan filed a lawsuit against Rockstar, Take Two, and GTA V. Apparently, she is claiming that Lacy Jonas, the character that is depicted in the image above, was a direct representation of herself. Claiming the story of the character Jonas plays in GTA V, the imagery of a scantily clad blonde resonates with Lohan.
Despite filing just a 10 page complaint in her first attempt to profit off of Rockstar and GTA V, Lohan has now reconsidered and babbled herself through a 67 page complaint directed at Take Two.
In the new complaint, Lohan’s legal team makes claims that a “Lindsay Lohan look alike side mission” was promoted by Rockstar, as well as suggesting the Jonas was modeled after Lohan. Included in the complaint are pictures of Lohan throwing up the peace sign as Jonas is doing in the image.
While I find this extremely comical, it is even more telling by just observing the picture of Jonas. She is holding a phone that is clearly a representation of the Apple iPhone. However, because Apple is a company in good standing and full of money, they could care less.
Lohan is an actress that finds herself down and out, from one rehab center to the next, and a sounding board of public criticism, clearly she is looking for a payday in any way possible. Take Two fired shots back at the original filing calling the suit “frivilous” and saying it was done for “publicity purposes.”
It’s Lindsay Lohan, are we the least bit surprised here?
