The Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Florida State Seminoles are locked in a heated battle in their top five showdown on Saturday night, however the Irish may have a problem in the form of an Everett Golson injury.
In the third quarter, Golson led the Irish down the field and got his team into the end zone with a touchdown pass to William Fuller. That score got Notre Dame back on top 24-17, but you could see Golson noticeably limping.
Just a short time after the score, the cameras caught Golson heading off to the locker room to get checked.
No doubt this would be a huge loss for the Irish, as Golson has played tremendously in this one. He has not shown one iota of fear with being in the hostile environment on Saturday night, so him being healthy is crucial.
