Dallas Cowboys’ Fan Destroys Own Home After Monday Night Football Loss

After suffering a disappointing upset to the then 2-5 Washington Redskins, the Dallas Cowboys went to a record of 6-2 this past Monday Night. Still sitting atop the NFC East by one game over the Philadelphia Eagles, the Cowboys are now set for a colossal match up this coming Sunday versus the Arizona Cardinals for NFC supremacy.

Just don’t tell that to the guy in the video. In overtime of the contest, he can be seen already visibly upset (and clearly inebriated) and it went downhill from there like a Jack and Jill tumble. No pail of water awaited him, though. Instead he’s now faced with the task of sobering up to realize the damages to his home.

Granted, it’s not as if he’s Scrooge McDuck swimming in the Money Bin or anything. Nonetheless, secondhand furniture and a television circa 2002 still holds some value. As does the lighting fixture he destroyed. He really went for total destruction on this one.

It’s worth noting that albeit the loss was to the hated Redskins, the Cowboys are still very much in command of their destiny. Quarterback Tony Romo was out much of the third quarter and returned to finish the game. He was medically cleared for Sunday’s contest against the Cardinals and will most likely play. Running back DeMarco Murray also ran for 141 yards and shows no signs of slowing down.

Some minor adjustments by the coaching staff should see a terrific game this coming weekend with the Cowboys possibly walking out 7-2 with their hands firmly on the playoff wheel. Don’t tell that to this guy, though. Your coffee table may pay for it.
