New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski works-out and watches SpongeBob before going to bed. Of course he does.

He’ll carve up a secondary on Sunday, then wear No. 69 at a practice in which the Pats weren’t required to wear numbers.

The latest proof of Gronk’s hilarious immaturity is his bedtime ritual, which he has revealed to ESPN The Magazine.

"What’s another thing people don’t know about you?I don’t know, I’m addicted to working out. Before I go to bed, I’ve got to hit my situps and pushups. While I’m watching a TV show, I do pushups. I even watch SpongeBob still, so there we go.So when you’re watching SpongeBob, you drop down and do your pushups?Yep. Drop down and do some pushups. Just chillin’, yeah."

Yep, Tom Brady’s favorite target likes to get in some pushups while watching Nickelodeon cartoon SpongeBob before hitting the hay.

That is the most Gronk thing ever. He’s the biggest meathead in pro sports in the best way.

The Pats’ man-child has 73 catches for 997 yards and 10 touchdowns this season. For his career, he’s posted 299 grabs for 4,252 yards and 52 touchdowns.

New England drafted Gronkowski in the second round of the 2010 NFL Draft.
