Michael Bennett borrows Seattle police bike for ride around stadium
By Mike Dyce
Seattle Seahawks defensive lineman Michael Bennett borrows police officer’s bike for a celebratory ride around CenturyLink Field.
The Seattle Seahawks came from behind to beat the Green Bay Packers in overtime. While the game was close, the Seahawks marched down the field thanks to some big passes to get the game-winning touchdown.
Clearly fans and others were overwhelmed with the way the game came to an end. After the celebrations on field kind of died down a bit, Seahawks defensive lineman Michael Bennett got his hands on a bicycle to ride around the field.
It wasn’t just any bike, it looks like he commandeered a Seattle police officer’s bicycle. But it is all good, the Seattle police department is cool with it.
I’m sure he asked before borrowing it, because none of the officers seem to mind as he pedals around. Still since he wasn’t walking he could’ve gotten a little close ton the stands, but maybe he was tired.
