Seahawks fans gives Packers fan the jersey off his back to ease playoff sadness
By Josh Hill
A Seattle Seahawks fan showed that the 12th Man can be as thoughtful as they are loud on gameday with one kind gesture to a sad Packers fan.
Football is as much about camaraderie as it is about the game being played. The men on the field are a unit working together for an entire year to achieve one goal while fans who watch bond with one another over the common thread of fandom.

Sometimes, that fandom can go to extreme lengths, which typically is never a good thing. But in a strange yet touching case of duality, one Green Bay Packers fan received the memory of a lifetime at what had to have been the single most crushing day of his life.
As the story goes, a Packers fan and his son were are CenturyLink Field on Sunday for the NFC Championship Game, but were harassed endlessly by one of the less desirable members of the 12th Man.
To counteract this, another Seahawks fan sitting by the pair of Packers fans bonded with the two and ended up giving the kid the jersey off his back at the end of the game.
The mysterious PJ was eventually reached, and said that he made the gesture after seeing how the day would be engrained in the memory of this kid he was sitting next to for the rest of his life.
It’s an incredible gesture that not only cancels out the actions by the mouth breather who was harassing the Packers fans, but it soothes the burn of the loss in a bittersweet way. The Packers may not be off to the Super Bowl, but this kid has a memory that is so much more valuable than that which will last so much longer than any playoff run the Packers could ever go on.
