After an emotional victory against the Cleveland Cavaliers and LeBron James Wednesday, the Heat had another big challenge Wednesday night with the Portland Trailblazers coming into town.

The game went all the way to the wire and was tied at 104 when Dwyane Wade made the shot of the night.

With Nic Batum chasing him around, Wade from almost the top of the key made a fadeaway jumper that ended up being the winning shot for the Heat and broke the tie.

It was a clutch shot from a clutch player.

After the win over the Cavaliers and now the Trailblazers, it appears the Heat are finally picking up some much-needed momentum as the playoffs draw near.

If the Heat want to play in the playoffs, they’re going to need more big plays from Wade who is the heart and soul of the team.
