Atlanta Hawks shooting guard Kyle Korver freed himself for just enough space to knock down a game-tying three late in the first-half in Game 2 versus the Brooklyn Nets.

There’s not a better shooter than Kyle Korver these days.

The latest proof: Korver’s three-pointer that gave his Atlanta Hawks a tie with the Brooklyn Nets late in the first-half on Wednesday night.

Take a look at Kover’s great shot below:

What an excellent play for Korver. He’s able to fool the defense, freeing himself for just enough room to be able to hit the contested shot.

Not only was the shot impressive, but it came in a huge spot. The Nets played a great second quarter and were threatening to take a lead entering the halftime break.

However, thanks in part to Korver’s shot, Atlanta went into the locker room with a 50-47 lead. Korver scored 11 points (4-of-6 shooting from the field, 3-of-5 shooting from beyond the arc) in the first-half. He was one of five Hawks to score eight points throughout the game’s first 24 minutes.
