A Blue Jays minor leaguer hit a triple, and after a wild throw scored while crawling to home plate.

The Buffalo Bisons scored on one of the most wild plays that will ever win a baseball game. What seemed routine, turned out to be rather spectacular thanks to a terrible dive by Bisons outfielder Brad Glenn.

With two runners on, Glenn smacked a triple to the gap and made his way into third with a triple.

As the throw was coming in behind him, it went past the third baseman and Glenn had a wide open shot at the winning run and being the hero.

Glenn took off for home and…dove just a bit too early. As he was leaping for home plate, he fell a few feet short in belly flop fashion, but never fear, he army crawled his way to the plate.

After almost making a huge blunder, Glenn embraced home plate as if it was the sweetest thing he ever encountered.

He layed in the dirt exhausted after the long run and looked like he was ready to pass out. While he may have missed the dive in spectacular fashion, he was the hero of the game and the Bisons went onto win as a result.

Great contact at the plate, but terrible diving at it.
