Was Andre Iguodala clowning LeBron James with this fake flop?

This Vine of Andre Iguodala pretending to have the worst forearm injury in the history of professional sports, only to shrug it off with a laugh, is starting to go viral on the ol’ Internet Superhighway. Was Iggy mocking LeBron James with his own LeFlop? Let’s kick it to the tape.

Since we can tell all we’d ever need to know about a situation from a 15-second clip, I’ll leave it up to you to choose your own adventure and create an airtight narrative.

Personally, I’d like to believe that Igs wasn’t just making fun of LBJ, but really every player who sells a foul like they’re working a WWE match. The grimaces, sitting on the floor too long, running around with wide-eyed incredulity – it’s one helluva sideshow. As for the LeBron factor, it probably doesn’t help things that after hitting his head on the camera he writhed in pain like he’d just been scalped.

Whatever the case, Iggy was in the zone last night and could do no wrong. Saving his best game of the season for when his team needed it most, last night’s contest was like watching Andre Iguodala ca. 2006-09. He tied Steph Curry for the team lead in points (22) on better than 50% shooting, and also pulled down 8 boards. And, along with the above Vine, had another nice little Shaqtin’ a Fool clip when he went to give dap to James Jones following a blocked shot.

Clowning injuries, dapping dudes after getting thrown: Igs’ trash talk game was on point in Game 4. Almost avant garde.
