A couple of St. Louis Rams players trolled Oakland Raiders fans with a sign reminding them of the beatdown last year.

As a professional athlete, one would often find themselves being harassed by opposing fans. You’re also expected to just take this verbal assault without really responding, talking trash back or otherwise disrespecting the fans.

That doesn’t mean that some athletes have found an incredible and entertaining way to deal with it. During the preseason game between the St. Louis Rams and Oakland Raiders on Friday night, Rams’ Trumaine Johnson and Robert Quinn fought back against heckling Raiders fans.

Their weapon, a dry erase board with the numbers 52-0 scribbled on it. 52-0 of course is the score from their game last season when the Rams ran away with it.

Raiders fans probably didn’t want to remember that game, but they needed something to distract them from the horrendous things happening on the field, specifically the Trent Richardson experiment.

On Friday night, Richardson showed once again why his career has been sliding and he is beginning to become a NFL journeyman living off his Alabama highlight reel.
