Seattle Seahawks receiver Ricardo Lockette received a scary hit on Sunday against the Cowboys, but he was able to move his hands

Near the end of the first half on Sunday between the Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Seahawks, we had one of the scariest moments that we have seen all season long to this point. While running down the field in coverage, Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette took a vicious hit that left him literally unconscious in the middle of the field.

Lockette would stay down for quite some time as medical personnel attended to him, creating the scary scene that we saw just moments ago. Eventually, Lockette would be strapped to the gurney so he can be taken away for evaluation.

Now, one thing that everyone was looking for here was any sort of movement from Lockette, potentially signaling that there was no paralysis. After a few seconds on the gurney as he was being wheeled away, he gave the folks in Seattle and everyone watching on TV what they wanted to see.

You don’t have to be a doctor to know that this is one of the best signs that you can get from someone that was in Lockette’s situation. That doesn’t mean that he’s not completely out of the woods yet, but it’s a good start.

Hopefully everything comes back as good as it possibly can for Lockette and he can make as speedy of a recovery as possible.
