Travis Kelce expected to be active for the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Chiefs have won four consecutive games to run their record to 5-5, getting themselves back into the AFC playoff picture. However, they have a key contest against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday afternoon at Arrowhead Stadium, and should be with their top weapon in tight end Travis Kelce.

Kelce is one of the premier tight ends in the National Football League. In his third year out of the University of Cincinnati, Kelce has lit up opposing defenses for 50 catches and 620 yards with three touchdowns. Last year, Kelce recorded 862 yards and five touchdowns in 16 games, letting folks know he was about to break out.

With Jamaal Charles out for the season with a torn ACL, Kansas City needs to rely more on the passing game. Alongside Kelce, the Chiefs will be targeting Jeremy Maclin early and often against the Bills. Maclin, who was signed to a five-year, $55 million deal in the offseason, has 48 receptions for 612 yards and a pair of scores.

Should the Chiefs beat the Bills, they will hold head-to-head tiebreakers against the Houston Texans, Pittsburgh Steelers and Bills, all teams vying for a spot as an AFC wild card team. Kansas City would be just the second team in the NFL history to make the playoffs after beginning 1-5, should it continue to roll.
