Craig Sager and Gregg Popovich got together with one another and it brought out all the feels.
One of the things that we love about San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich is how snarky he can be with the media at times. There are few people in the media that he respects, but one of the people we know that he respects and loves more than most is TNT sideline analyst Craig Sager, who has been battling cancer.

The Spurs are taking on the Memphis Grizzlies Thursday night in a game that will be televised on TNT. This is where we got the amazing footage pregame of the two friends getting together once again.
Again, we know how much Popovich despises the media at times, but he’s always had a soft spot in his heart for Sager, a man that is pretty much universally loved around the NBA. Seeing these two get together on Thursday night is pretty much all the emotion that you need for the rest of the week.
