Bill Walton is at it yet again with this latest bizarre action.

Anytime Bill Walton is commentating a college basketball game, you have to both pay attention to the teams playing and, maybe more importantly, the sounds of the former NBA star.

Walton is known for his bizarre comments he makes on telecasts with TV partner Dave Pasch. He’ll make off-the-wall comments on the game or ones that have nothing to do with it. You may even hear Walton wanting to rub dirt on Pasch.

Well, on Saturday night’s game between Arizona and Cal, Walton was at it again.

In describing how the Wildcats need to fight the Golden Bears’ defense, Walton said they need to “scratch” and “claw”, which is fine, except he made the motions at Pasch like he was going to scratch and claw him.

Listening to Walton commentate a basketball game is something. It’s never dull and there is always one or two great quotes to pull from it. Saturday night has been one of those games.

As for Pasch, one has to wonder how much he gets paid to work games with the UCLA legend. He very well may be ESPN’s highest-paid commentator, and with good reason.
