For some of the smaller college basketball programs in the country, just making it into the NCAA Tournament is enough of an honor. For the second First Four game between two No. 16 seeds in the Holy Cross Crusaders and Southern Jaguars on Wednesday at University of Dayton Arena, that is most certainly the case, but both teams would like to advance to the first round of the 2016 NCAA Tournament.

Holy Cross wasn’t even supposed to get close to the NCAA Tournament as they finished ninth in the Patriot League in the regular season with a 14-19 overall record. However, they went on a run through their conference tourney led by Malachi Alexander and Robert Champion and are now in the First Four of the NCAA Tournament looking to keep the magic going. As for Southern, they were solid in the SWAC in the regular season and won the conference tourney as No. 4 seed, but will now be looking at Adrian Rodgers and Trelun Banks to lead them to bigger things now that they’re in the NCAA Tournament.

This First Four game in the 2016 NCAA Tournament will be broadcast on truTV and live streaming will be available on March Madness Live. Simply accessing March Madness Live online or through the app will get you three hours per day of free streaming, but logging in with a cable or satellite subscription will give viewers unlimited streaming through the whole NCAA Tournament.
