Here’s a look at the five MLB teams who have the best chance to win the World Series at the end of the 2016 season.

Come next Monday, 30 Major League Baseball teams will take the diamond with hopes of becoming the champions of the 2016 World Series. While there are a few teams that are already out of the running (Miami, Colorado, Oakland, to name a few), most teams have at least a slim chance of making it to the World Series.

Still, a few teams stand out. The Kansas City Royals are the defending champs and have been to back-to-back Fall Classics, while the San Francisco Giants have won three of the last six World Series. Those teams are at the top of the list, and are joined by some of the most tradition-rich franchises in the sport.

So what teams have the best chance of winning it all? Here’s the five favorites to win the 2016 World Series.
