After a thrilling game on Monday night, we know who the men’s national champion is, and congratulations to Villanova. But we’re not done with March Madness just yet. No, Tuesday night it’s time to crown the women’s national champion as the UConn Huskies take on the Syracuse Orange.

Really, what more is there that needs to be said about the UConn women? They are literally one of the most destructive forces that we have seen in the history of college basketball and they have yet another national title in their sights. They have torn through yet another tournament field, and in the Final Four over the weekend, they easily handled Oregon State, 80-51. Now they’re one win away from hanging yet another banner.
No. 4 seed Syracuse are the ones out to make history on Tuesday night, and they’ve had quite a run this postseason. In their Final Four match up on Sunday, they defeated No. 7 Washington 80-59, so they’re coming in with some nice momentum. They’re gonna need all of that momentum on Tuesday, though, as they’re facing the machine that is Geno Auriemma’s UConn squad.
