Doris Burke showed why she’s an absolute boss and so lovable during an NBA game on Saturday.

Sideline reporter Doris Burke works for NBA on ESPN and NBA on ABC. Her charismatic personality and delightful sense of humor makes her one of the best sideline reporters in the business. Burke played basketball in college, so she showed her hoop skills during a game between the Golden State Warriors and the Memphis Grizzlies that she was working on Saturday.

Burke played for the Providence Friars in college as a point guard, leading the Big East Conference in assists during her senior year. She left the Friars as the school’s all-time leader in assists. It’s amazing that she showed such skill despite wearing high heels and carrying her phone in her other hand. Maybe she should join the WNBA.

The sideline reporter is well known for being the first female to call a New York Knicks game on television and on the radio. She sometimes works as an analyst or commentator, but she most often serves as a sideline reporter. Burke has also served as a women’s basketball analyst for the Big East and Atlantic 10, as well as the commentator for the Friars’ women’s basketball team.
