Here is the Complete TV schedule for Anaheim Ducks vs.Nashville Predators first round NHL playoffs series.

For the first time since 2011, the Anaheim Ducks and Nashville Predators will meet in the NHL playoffs. The Predators came out on top in 2011, advancing to the Western conference semifinals with a 4-2 series win over the Ducks.

However a lot has changed since that 2011 series. Both teams are now under the reign of new head coaches as Bruce Boudreau and Peter Laviolette are now in charge and this is the first time the two will go toe to toe in a playoff series.

The Ducks come into this series as the favorite after clinching their fourth consecutive Pacific Division title. Bruce Boudreau now has eight division titles in nine seasons as an NHL head coach dating back to his days with the Washington Capitals. However we all know the knock on Boudreau, can he win in the playoffs?

To this point the answer to that question has been no. A game seven loss at home to the Red Wings in the opening round of the 2013 playoffs, a game seven loss at home to the Kings in the second round of the 2014 playoffs and of course last year, a game seven loss at home to Blackhawks in the western conference finals. Despite the inability to win a game seven, the Ducks have showed progress each year under Boudreau. Can this finally be the Ducks year to get back to the Stanley Cup finals for the first time since 2007?

For the Predators, they also have seen a lot change since that 2011 series, most notably in the play of goaltender Pekka Rinne. The 2011 playoffs showcased vintage Rinne as he was dominant in the opening round victory over the Ducks. Entering this series however, there are question marks. Both Ducks goaltenders, John Gibson and Frederik Andersen, put up better regular season numbers than Rinne, who was shaky throughout the 2015-2016 campaign. Can he get back to his dominant ways?

All of these questions are about to be answered as game one is set for tonight.
