Here is the complete 2016 NFL Draft order for the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Cincinnati Bengals have one of the deepest rosters in the league and have done a fantastic job of drafting, but they haven’t been able to get over their first-round woes under quarterback Andy Dalton. With the Bengals once again getting eliminated in the Wild Card Round of the NFL Playoffs, this time in ugly and an unprofessional manner, things are about to reach the breaking point for the franchise if they can’t get a playoff win and take another step.

The only way to get better in the NFL is through the development of players and continue to adding players to the roster that can be an important part of that change. That opportunity can happen in the 2016 NFL Draft, where the Bengals are going to look to surround their existing talent pool with even more talent.

Marvin Lewis has done a good job of developing his talent, but he needs to do a better job if he wants them to become Super Bowl contenders. Will the Bengals draft someone who can help them win a playoff game? Here’s the complete draft order for the Bengals.
