Enzo Amore returned from his concussion on the May 23 episode of WWE RAW live from Baltimore, MD

WWE Payback offered one of the scariest moments in recent memory in the finals of the Tag Team Tournament to determine the No. 1 Contenders for the titles. After a botched spot in the corner and then going into the ropes, one of the brightest young stars in the business in Enzo Amore was left knocked out lying on the floor. He was then stretchered out of the arena and the match was called early.

Enzo Amore was diagnosed with a concussion—thankfully nothing more—and hadn’t been on WWE programming since Payback. After his tag team partner in Big Cass ran down the Dudley Boyz at WWE Extreme Rules, though, Enzo was ready to make his triumphant return. He did so on Monday, May 23 on WWE RAW from Baltimore, MD:

"Everyone’s favorite #CertifiedG is BACK… and you CAN’T. TEACH. THAT. #HowYouDoin #RAW @WWEAaLLday21 @BigCassWWE https://t.co/IkMCYTrxEp— WWE (@WWE) May 24, 2016"

There are so many things to love about this. First off, any time that Enzo Amore is on the television, it’s bound to be greatness. However, it’s also great to see him fully healthy and ready to get back at it.

When Enzo suffered the concussion, he hadn’t even been on the main roster for a month. So to see him suffer that injury was quite disheartening considering the adulation the crowds were giving him so immediately. Now that he’s back, though, he can continue to impress and continue to get shot to the moon.
