Which driver ended up winning the 2015 Monaco Grand Prix?

When it comes to Formula 1, there is no more prestigious race to win than the Monaco Grand Prix. It’s one of the toughest races on the year and the battle to end up on the podium among drivers really sets the tone for the race each year.

The stakes are just as high as ever in 2016, where Nico Rosberg will look to place first on the podium for the fifth time this season. If history is any indication, Rosberg should be the heavy favorite heading into the race on Sunday.

Rosberg won the 2015 Monaco Grand Prix. While he won the race and is the favorite heading into this year’s race, there are plenty of other drivers that can contend for the win and could very well end up pulling off the big win.

Daniel Ricciardo had the fastest lap last year in the race, while Lewis Hamilton started on the pole. Both will give Rosberg everything he can handle on Sunday. To add even further fuel to the fact that one of these two could win, both are seen as heavy favorites by gamblers.
