NBA Finals: What channel is Warriors vs. Cavaliers Game 1 on?
Looking at the TV channel for Game 1 of the NBA Finals with Warriors vs. Cavaliers
It was only one year ago that the Golden State Warriors toppled the Cleveland Cavaliers in six games in the NBA Finals to win their first NBA Championship of this era of the team and the league. Now it’s time for the rematch in the 2016 NBA Finals and Game 1 will get underway at Oracle Arena on Thursday, June 2.
Last postseason was fortuitous for the Warriors while it was than so for the Cavaliers. While the NBA MVP in Stephen Curry stayed healthy last playoffs along with the other Golden State stars in Klay Thompson and Draymond Green. Meanwhile, Kevin Love was hurt in the early rounds for the Cavs and Kyrie Irving then went down in Game 1 of the 2015 Finals, leaving Cleveland shorthanded at a huge disadvantage.
Things are quite different this season, though. Curry hasn’t looked quite himself since his early knee injury that he suffered in Round 1, though he showed signs of life in Game 7 the West Finals. Meanwhile, the Cavaliers are at full strength and have been firing on all cylinders for the majority of the playoffs.
All in all, these 2016 NBA Finals are shaping up to be can’t-miss TV and you won’t want to miss a second of them. As such, you might be wondering what TV channel Warriors vs. Cavaliers Game 1 in the NBA Finals will be on come Thursday night.
For however many games the Finals last, the games will be on ABC and that all begins for Game 1. Hopefully this series will be as good as we think it could be.
