The Sacramento Kings had quite the strange night in the 2016 NBA Draft.

It all started off when they traded the No. 8 pick in the draft to the Phoenix Suns for the No. 13 pick, No. 28 pick and Bogdan Bogdanovic. Many thought initially that the Kings didn’t get enough for the pick.

When the Suns picked for the Kings at No. 13, they made an even stranger move and selected Greece center Georgios Papagiannis. With a team in need of a lot of help drafting a center that is years away and the team already having good centers on the roster, people once again felt like the Kings had lost their mind.

One person that doesn’t seem to thrilled is All-Star center DeMarcus Cousins. After the pick, Cousins sent out a tweet that showed his desperation.

He’s not the only one that feels that way currently in Sacramento. Thus far, this draft has been an unmitigated disaster for the Kings. There was good talent available and they could have arguably gotten more for the No. 8 overall pick.

Alas, it appears their star is upset to say the least.
