Now playing in the same division, wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has more choice words for cornerback Josh Norman heading into the 2016 season.

During the end of the 2015 NFL season, one of the best feuds wasn’t between teams, but a player vs. player showdown between New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. and cornerback Josh Norman when he was playing for the Carolina Panthers.

During their meeting last season, the two couldn’t keep their hands off each other and were throwing punches and elbows like they were going out of style. After numerous flags and personal foul penalties, the two have spent the offseason throwing subtle jabs toward one another.

Now that Norman plays in the NFC East after signing a massive deal with the Washington Redskins, these two best friends are going to see each other not once, but twice each season! While it’s the kind of stuff that could make for a UFC style throw down, OBJ is keeping it in the media for the moment with his latest comments that will be in next month’s issue of GQ, according to NBC Sports’ Pro Football Talk:

"“If I wasn’t playing him twice a year, maybe people wouldn’t bring it up as much. But now it’ll be a lot more media attention for him, attention that I don’t really look for, attention that I don’t need. The reason he’s become so relevant is because of me.”"

Beckham was more of a household name last year when it was all said and done – and had more time to capitalize on it since the Giants didn’t sniff the playoffs and Norman was actually playing in the Super Bowl. Maybe, OBJ should focus less on soccer kicks, hanging out with Drake and Khloe Kardashian and partying in Germany and more on…oh, I don’t know…football.
