Mark Cuban kicks Donald Trump while he’s down

Mark Cuban teamed up with Stephen Colbert to pile more hate on to Donald Trump.

Ted Cruz may have been the one taking all of the headlines, but Mark Cuban wanted to make his feelings about Donald Trump known too. After the Republican National Convention wrapped up and Cruz spent 23 minutes not endorsing the Presidential nominee, the scene shifted to late night, where Mark Cuban guest starred on Late Night with Stephen Colbert for two anti-Trump segments.

They may both be billionaires, but the majority of Cuban’s lines were about how much more money he makes compared to Donald Trump — for example, he said Trump has to “declare” bankruptcy when he goes through customs. But the best line of his first segment had to be “The only way you’re worth $10 billion is if I paid you nine and a half billion to wash my balls!”

Colbert had some great lines in there too, though, like “he just dropped you like one of your first two wives.”

When Cuban re-joined the show, it was for a regular interview, where Colbert exposed him for flip-flopping. Cuban explained that, while he started out as a businessman and represented a change from traditional politicians, he started to dislike him once he opened his mouth. He also said that Trump would make a terrible President because “he doesn’t do the work. He’s lazy.”

Which is a pretty bold claim for someone who sometimes seems to do the exact same thing. However, given that Cuban has a bigger net worth, and isn’t running for President, he doesn’t have as much to lose as Donald does.

So far, the RNC hasn’t gone off without controversy, and Cuban’s layer of disses towards Trump could help sway even more people away from him. However, Cuban’s position on Trump might change as early as next week.
