Toronto FC fell to a nine-man San Jose Earthquakes side last week. They have a tough task ahead against DC United as they look to rebound and find a win.

DC United has been active during the transfer window so far. It will be interesting to see how their new pieces contribute to the MLS Eastern Conference side as they take on an injury riddled TFC side. It wouldn’t be surprising if DC finds three points on the road, which would cause even more alarm to TFC fans and front office brass.

Luckily, Toronto can regroup and refocus during the short MLS All-Star game break that takes place next week. Despite the rough stretch recently, Toronto is still in the playoff picture as they sit and fifth and hold the second to last playoff spot in the East.
