Kansas City is a run heavy offense, so which of the Chiefs running backs should you be targeting for your fantasy football team?

Coach Andy Reid took the Chiefs on a nice run at the end of last season running off ten straight wins to get into the playoffs at 11-5. The Chiefs offense was a conservative attack that focused on short passing and plenty of production from the Chiefs running backs.  Despite injuries, the Kansas City run game continued to produce which makes the Chiefs running backs a deep group coming into this season.  There is definitely fantasy value to be had if you can get the Chiefs RB for the right price.

To help you figure out who to target and when to target them, we’ve been working our way through the NFL with a series of daily previews of each of the running back situations around the NFL.  So far we have examined the Colts,  Jaguars, Titans, TexansFalcons,  SaintsBuccaneersPanthersPatriotsJetsBillsDolphins, RedskinsCowboysEaglesGiantsBroncos, and Raiders running backs. Today, we’ll continue in the AFC West to as we take a look at the best of the Chiefs running backs and where you should look to pick them up in your fantasy draft.
