Nebraska Cornhuskers fans have their 350th consecutive sellout. To honor that milestone, the students’ section broke out a banner featuring DJ Khaled.

Win or lose, you can always count on Nebraska Cornhuskers fans to show out. There isn’t a greater sight than seeing Nebraska fans sporting the Sea of Red on Saturdays. Nebraska’s Week 3 game against Oregon was their third straight home game to start the season, but it represented another significant milestone as well. It was their 350th consecutive sellout, which is an NCAA record.

As a way of showing off their loyalty, the Nebraska student section went all out to give the fans a message saying, “I appreciate you”:

College GameDay may be where everyone looks to find creative signs, but the greatest thing about college football is that the creativity stretches well beyond that. Student sections always have a week to prepare their banners. But by the end of this week, I defy any fanbase to come up with a better sign than Nebraska’s.

Unfortunately for the team itself, their 350th sellout hasn’t been enough to will them to victory. They’re facing a very good Oregon team, and find themselves down 20-7 at the half. Nevertheless, it’s been a better season than last year when they went 6-7 by virtue of losing so many close games.

Being a Cornhuskers fan can be frustrating at times, but things are looking up for them. Even if they lose this game, they like their chances in the Big Ten West since a loss to Oregon is better than a loss to North Dakota State. However, a comeback win would stand up as one of Nebraska’s most memorable wins in recent memory.
