Hull face Chelsea at KCOM Stadium on Saturday, Oct.1. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

Chelsea are in desperate need of a positive result this weekend as Antonio Conte needs to avoid his lukewarm seat getting uncomfortably hot. The Italian is learning quickly what it’s like to not take a stalwart back line for granted. Catenaccio this is not. Comical defensive errors have contributed to losses in both the Arsenal and Liverpool games. John Terry will not be back from injury for this game, so the Italian is hoping that the Laurel and Hardy defensive tandem made up of Gary Cahill and David Luiz grows up fast.

If there’s one team that can relate to the pain of back to back losses to Arsenal and Liverpool, it is Hull, as the Tigers found themselves on the wrong end of consecutive thrashings from the two Premier League powerhouses. Facing a Chelsea side out for blood may not be what manager Mike Phelan had in mind as a cure for the club’s losing streak and a boost in confidence.

The Premier League match between Chelsea and Hull City will be broadcast live on NBC Sports. Live streaming is available on NBC Sports Live, which you can access with your cable or satellite subscriptions, either online or through the NBC Sports app.

Games between these two tend to be high scoring. Last time these teams played each other the Blues came away with the 3-2 win. Hull has given up nine goals in their last two matches. This is not the defensively astute side needed to deal with the likes of Diego Costa and Hazard, so unless Hull can muster up a goal or two we are most likely looking at a Chelsea away win and the subsequent cooling of Conte’s seat.
