Here’s how to watch Saturday’s critical Big 12 showdown between the Oklahoma Sooners and TCU Horned Frogs online.

A pair of Big 12 title contenders will meet in a crucial early season conference matchup when the No. 21 TCU Horned Frogs host the Oklahoma Sooners on Saturday night at Amon G. Carter Stadium.

Oklahoma entered the season expecting to return to the College Football Playoff, but those hopes were quickly dashed in an ugly nonconference showing. The Sooners dropped their season opener to Houston before being waxed by Ohio State 45-24 two weeks ago.

While there aren’t any easy solutions for the Sooners defense, the offense still has the talent to challenge any defense in the Big 12. Samaje Perine and Joe Mixon are an excellent duo in the backfield, while quarterback Baker Mayfield has accounted for nearly 1,000 total yards this season.

TCU also had a disappointing effort in its nonconference slate, dropping a 41-38 heartbreaker to Arkansas back in Week 2 while struggling defensively. The Horned Frogs have since improved to 2-1 and moved back into the AP Poll with a pair of blowouts against lesser competition.

Texas A&M transfer Kenny Hill has had an up-and-down start to his TCU career, completing 119 of 180 passes for nearly 1,500 yards, six touchdowns and four interceptions. Hill has plenty of weapons to work with, as John Diarse and Taj Williams are solid big-play receiving threats.

A 1-3 record would be unthinkable for Oklahoma, but the Sooners are going to need much better play out of their secondary and offensive line to come away with the road win. Despite the tough nonconference losses, the winner of Saturday’s showdown will still be very much alive in the race to the Big 12 title.
