With the 1:00 p.m. ET games about to begin, here is the latest injury update in the NFL heading into the Week 4 schedule on Sunday.

Injuries are part of the game. The NFL is very much a next-man-up type of sport. There are a few teams on Sunday in Week 4 that will have to navigate injuries to key players en route to victory. Here are a few of the notable guys that will be inactive.

New England Patriots quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo will miss his second game with a shoulder injury. His backup Jacoby Brissett will get the start in New England despite having thumb surgery last week.

The Baltimore Ravens have elected to bench running back Justin Forsett in Week 4 in favor of Terrance West. New York Jets wide receiver Eric Decker will be out with a partially torn rotator cuff.

Here are a few of the players that will be active in Week 4: Chicago Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffrey, Detroit Lions wide receiver Marvin Jones, and Tennessee Titans tight end Delanie Walker.

Jeffrey’s health is always up in the air, but he should be good to go to catch passes from Brian Hoyer on Sunday against the Lions.

Jones has been Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford’s favorite receiving target in 2016. Expect a big day from Jones against the lowly Bears.

Walker back for the Titans is huge for second-year starting quarterback Marcus Mariota. The Titans can’t make plays out on the perimeter. Walker is a top-five tight end in football when healthy. He is crucial in Mariota’s development as a passer in 2016. With Walker, Tennessee has a chance to upset the Houston Texans on the road in Week 4.

Only the Jets are unable to offset their Week 4 injury to Decker. Baltimore feels confident in going with West over Forsett. New England will be fine with Brissett at starting quarterback over Garoppolo.
