Pittsburgh Panthers return man Quadree Henderson burned the Virginia Cavaliers kickoff coverage team with a 93-yard return for a touchdown.

The Pittsburgh Panthers were down 14-7 on the road in Charlottesville to their ACC Coastal rival Virginia Cavaliers. After a Virginia touchdown, Pittsburgh’s Quadree Henderson completely burns the Cavaliers’ coverage team on a 93-yard kickoff.

Henderson caught the ball just inside of the Pittsburgh 10-yard line. He would zig and zag all over the Cavaliers for this impressive response and Pittsburgh tied the game at 14 on the successful point after attempt.

Though neither of these teams is in contention for the ACC Coastal division title, they are schools with solid head coaches who may be turning the corner. Pat Narduzzi is in his second year on the job after being the defensive coordinator for Mark Dantonio at Michigan State. Meanwhile, this is the first year at Virginia for former BYU Cougars head coach Bronco Mendenhall.

Pittsburgh looks like a bowl team in 2016 with a 4-2 record entering this game. Virginia is rebuilding but has played competitive ball this year despite being 2-3. Maybe Virginia picks up some momentum in the second half to make a holiday season bowl game?

Henderson’s touchdown was a huge boost for the Panthers but completely erased a previous Virginia score. Could this be the play that ultimately swings the game in Pittsburgh’s favor? Will Virginia be able to win at home despite getting embarrassed on that Henderson kick return for a touchdown?
