Here is all the information you need to watch Friday night’s game between the Nashville Predators and Detroit Red Wings. 

On Friday night, two teams will renew an old rivalry when the Nashville Predators travel to Joe Louis Arena to take on the Detroit Red Wings. The two teams were rivals back when the Red Wings were in the Western Conference. However, even though Detroit is now in the Eastern Conference, the two teams still have a bit of a rivalry. The game starts at 7:30 PM EST.

Nashville enters the game looking to shake off a slow start to their 2016-17 season. They’re off to a 1-2-0 start and find themselves in last place in the Central Division. However, they have been playing better than their record suggests, with a -2 goal differential. Center Ryan Johansen leads the team in assists and points with four each. Captain Mike Fisher has a team high two goals. Goaltender Pekka Rinne has a .934 save percentage in two games.

On the other side of the ice, the Red Wings enter the game with a 2-2-0 record. They are currently sixth in the Atlantic Division. Detroit is coming off an impressive 2-1 win over the New York Rangers, during which Jimmy Howard made 32 saves. Mike Green and Thomas Vanek each have three goals and three assists for six points. Center Darren Helm has three goals as well.
