Which NBA small sample size trends will continue?

Just over one week into the new NBA season and there seems to be just enough information to trick ourselves that we know what is going on. Individually, there have already been some historic performances from players such as Anthony Davis and even Wade Baldwin IV. Russell Westbrook and James Harden are compiling points and assists at rates that are barely believable. How long can these video game stats continue? On the team side, whose slow starts can still be overcome? Certainly only the most naive and bullish Bulls fan would think their team’s offensive rating would continue to be so good, but can they at least keep winning?  Speaking of Chicago, which over/under gambling tickets should we go ahead and shred?

To parse through it all, Fastbreak Breakfast picks out their favorite early trends and stats and does their best to figure out which ones are due to regress and which ones are here to stay.
