Here is your complete viewing and listening guide to the Sprint Cup from practice through qualifying and the race on Sunday at Texas Motor Speedway.

With the final round before the championship race at Homestead-Miami Speedway on Nov. 20 in full swing, there are only two races remaining before the current field of eight is trimmed in half. Jimmie Johnson has nothing to lose this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway because he has locked himself into the Final Four after his win at Martinsville last Sunday so with that in mind, he could be the one to beat.

With a huge crowd expected, do not be surprised if most or all of the 180,000 seats could be occupied at the quad oval that opened in 1997 not to mention the millions that will be turned in for the weekend’s event.
