Game of The Week – No. 20 USC at No. 4 Washington

Alright, Huskies…you wanted it, you’ve got it. After being on the outside looking in last week in the College Football Playoff rankings, the men in purple now in the top four and control their destiny with several ranked games left to finish the season.

On paper, Washington should be able to win this game at home with ease and continue their road to either the Fiesta Bowl or Peach Bowl. That being said, in comes a dangerous Trojans team who has found their mojo at the right time and could end up meeting them again in the Pac 12 Championship Game.

For the Huskies to stay unbeaten and howling back into the college football upper level, their Heisman candidate, Jake Browning needs a lights-out performance against a USC defense allowing fewer than 24 points a game.

The Trojans may be without  one defensive back this week, as Iman Marshall hasn’t practiced. If that’s the case and he can’t play, Browning might be able to have the field day needed to get him to New York City – and keep his team unbeaten.
