The NBA took Thanksgiving Day off yesterday to celebrate, but every team in the Association is back at work this Friday with all 30 teams back on the floor. For DFS fantasy basketball, the main competition on DraftKings tonight tips off at 7:00 and contains all the teams except the Celtics and Spurs who face off in an afternoon matchup at at TD Garden. With so many options to pick from, start your lineup with some help from my DraftKings dally picks on the following slides.

More from DraftKings

NBATV has a double-header starting at 7:30 with the Hornets at the Knicks followed by the Lakers and Warriors at 10:30. The first matchup of the night starts at 7:00 PM ET locking lineups in place as the Wizards welcome the Magic to DC. In other notable action, the Cavs host the Mavcs, the Bulls visit the 76ers, and the Hawks go West to take on the Jazz. The Bucks host Toronto and the Pacers host the Nets in a pair of the Eastern Conference matchups worth watching while out West the Nuggets welcome in Russell Westbrook and the Thunder and the Blazers get a visit from Anthony Davis and the Pelicans. After yesterday’s collective day off, no one is on the second game of a back-to-back set, but the Knicks, Hornets, Pistons, Warriors, Grizzlies, Heat, Timberwolves, Thunder, and Wizards do have a game tomorrow to keep in mind.

There are lots of good matchups to attack on the board tonight, so I’ve put together my favorite fantasy plays on the next few slides in my DraftKnigs daily picks. My goal each day is to give you the information you need to build your own customized lineup to get you a win however you participate in DFS contests. In order to help you find what you need, I’ve separated my picks by position and price. You’ll find two slides per position–the first slide will feature the best high-salary options followed by some high-value options which cost less but still offer solid returns. Each slide contains at least two options with extras thrown in where possible.

I rank my picks for each contest using stars after each explanation to show the relative strength of the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my personal lineup for today’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to check out my lineups and use them as a place to get started.

Just a reminder that in my DraftKings daily picks, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer DraftKings pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for FanDuel, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on the fantasy basketball hub. If you have any questions or are looking for any updates as the games get closer, follow @FansidedFantasy on Twitter. I’ll also use that account to tweet out links when we add new stories to the fantasy basketball hub.

Since there are 28 teams in tonight’s contest, we can be pretty choosy and pinpoint just the very best situations for our Black Friday edition of today’s DraftKings daily picks.
