The Memphis Grizzlies are currently on pace to make the playoffs for the seventh consecutive season despite battling injuries and an aging roster. Annually, they outperform their point differential and exceed their pythagorean win expectation, confounding analysts. Last year, Nylon Calculus examined this phenomenon and that was before the Grizzlies won their first 12 super-clutch games of the 2016-17 season.

So can they continue their surprising success for yet another year?

To look at this and to talk all things Grizzlies, Peter Edmiston (@peteredmiston) joins Fastbreak Breakfast. Peter is the host of Locked On Grizzlies and a contributor for the Commercial Appeal. Can Memphis keep on winning nail-biters? How long will it take to re-integrate Mike Conley back into the fold? If and when Chandler Parsons returns, will there be another adjustment period? And what is going on with these Tony Allen trade rumors?
