The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series comes to Texas for the O’Reilly Auto Parts 500. Here’s how you can watch the race live, on TV and online.

The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series is getting up early this Sunday for the O’Reilly Auto Parts 500. In 2017, the race at Texas Motor Speedway moves from the evening to the afternoon, but the competition is still going to be worth watching.

As NASCAR arrives in the Lone Star State, several big name drivers are still looking to reach their full potential. Martin Truex Jr. is third in championship points but is hungry for more as he’s been unable to translate stage wins into race wins in the last two events. Is Truex’s infamously bad luck starting to sneak up on him again?

Meanwhile, Kevin Harvick won the pole at Texas, which he’s hoping will be step one toward finally getting the No. 4 Stewart-Haas Racing car into Victory Lane. The man they jokingly call “Happy” is not at all happy with his current results and if he’s not happy, there’s a chance somebody else isn’t going to be happy either.

Hendrick Motorsports and Joe Gibbs Racing also desperately need wins, so you don’t want to miss the O’Reilly Auto Parts 500. It could be the race in which one of the many drivers battling for that first checkered flag of the year finally breaks through.
