The Buffalo Bills will have a new head coach during the 2017 NFL season, and their legendary former quarterback likes what he brings to the table.

The NFL season is only a few months away, and some teams will have a new head coach in place. Up in Buffalo, the Bills have replaced Rex Ryan with Sean McDermott, who is getting his first taste as an NFL head coach. Bills legend Jim Kelly is impressed with the style McDermott brings to the team, stating he brings a kind of discipline the team has been lacking for some time.

Over in Minnesota, the battle for the top running back spot on the depth chart should be a fun one to watch this summer. The Vikings spent a second-round pick on Florida State back Dalvin Cook, who was regarded as one of the best prospects in the draft class. Latavius Murray, whom the Vikings signed as a free agent from the Oakland Raiders, is not about to let the rookie start, telling reporters that “it is my time” on Tuesday.

The Carolina Panthers spent their first round pick in the 2017 NFL Draft on Christian McCaffrey, a versatile running back from Stanford. Since coming into the league, quarterback Cam Newton has had to be the playmaker on the team, but he says that he “does not always have to be the playmaker.” Carolina also brought in Curtis Samuel in the draft, another collegiate playmaker, giving the Panthers more than enough talent to shoulder some of the load next season.

It did not take long for Taco Charlton to cash in on his very unique first name. The Dallas Cowboys first round selection signed an endorsement deal with Taco Bueno, a popular restaurant that has its headquarters in Texas. The defensive lineman was one of the more explosive players on a very good Michigan defense last season and should be quite the pass-rusher at the next level.

Finally, Vince Young had some choice words for the NFL on Tuesday. Once considered one of the best young quarterbacks in the league, Young played himself out of the NFL, though he still thinks he can still play at the game’s highest level. In fact, he wonders why players like Ryan Fitzpatrick, whom he called “garbage,” have jobs in the NFL and he doesn’t. While Fitzpatrick is not an impressive quarterback, Young basically blew his shot in the NFL, and badmouthing the league is not going to help him get back in it.
