On Wednesday afternoon, it was reported that the Oklahoma City Thunder were discussing a potential move in to the top five, and now there is a more detailed plan of how the Thunder could jump up that high in the draft. The latest report surfaced late on Wednesday night, with less than 24 hours until the start of the 2013 NBA Draft.

Thunder beat writer Darnell Mayberry gave a breakdown of the package Oklahoma City could offer to one of the top five teams in exchange for the opportunity to draft Maryland’s Alex Len:

If the Magic or Bobcats are truly committed to rebuilding as quickly as possible, it would be extremely difficult to pass up on this type of deal.

Of course, if the two teams are more comfortable taking a player like Len or Victor Oladipo, they could choose to go with the player that they spent time scouting rather than an unknown.
