Andrew Luck:

The Colts gameplan was to focus on the run. Even so, Luck didn’t show flashy numbers. His saving grace, though, was his playmaking ability. When the Colts needed him to step up, he was fantastic. Good enough for another 4th quarter comeback. Maybe the comparisons to Manning are unfair but they are just too easy to make. The kid just seems to put his team in a position to win, even if they are down in the 4th quarter. 18 for 23, 178 yards, two touchdowns, and a 78.3 percent completion rating show that even if the Colts didn’t mean to rely on Luck to win, he is still accurate and efficient. If they opened up the game more, I would have expected a few more touchdowns and maybe 200 more yards.
