10. Minnesota Vikings Defense (8.2%)

The Vikings defense has opened with back-to-back road games against division rivals Detroit and Chicago. They struggled to limit either offense allowing 30+ points in each game. However, their D/ST stepped up in their last game with a kickoff return and a fumble return while forcing four Chicago turnovers and sacking Jay Cutler once. Thanks mostly to their two scores, they put up 17 points which was good enough for second-highest in the league behind the Seahawks.

This week they head home to face the Browns who gave up 11 to the Ravens D and 17 to the Dolphins in their first two games. At home and in this matchup, Jared Allen and the Vikings are a great option for a streaming D and a solid play in good matchups going forward. After the lowly Browns, they face the Steelers, have their bye week then host Carolina before heading to New York to face the Giants. If your league rewards big plays and doesn’t penalize too harshly for points allowed, they could be a top-ten to top-fifteen option the rest of the season.
