6. Sean McGrath-TE-Kansas City Chiefs (0.2%)

Alex Smith has always made his tight end fantasy relevant including helping Vernon Davis to stardom on San Francisco. The problem with the Chiefs was their lack of a proven weapon at that spot. McGrath has emerged as a solid option the last two weeks catching all nine passes thrown his way for a total of 95 yards and a touchdown against the Eagles and Giants.

McGrath is still high-risk since he’s relatively unproven, but he is definitely one to consider if you’re reaching to fill in a TE bye spot or looking for a TE2 who is getting involved in his team’s passing attack. He also has some of the best facial hair in the business which helps your team look cool even if it doesn’t get your fantasy points.

This week the Chiefs go up against the Titans who have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends, so there should be opportunities for McGrath to make plays.
